# outrankm.ee

> outrankm.ee is a pay-to-rank advertising leaderboard. Companies pay to appear on a public board. Rank is total spend: whoever has paid more stands higher. Ties go to whoever paid first. Every listing is a paid advertisement, not a review, an award, or an endorsement.

Entry costs $5, the smallest charge the board takes. Taking the belt (position #1) costs the current leader's total plus $5. Taking any other position costs that holder's total plus $1. Rank moves in $1 steps, but no charge is smaller than $5. If a listing needs only $1 to pass someone, it still pays $5 and lands above them.

A card closes at midnight UTC. Standings freeze into a permanent archive. The top 10 keep an embeddable badge. A new card opens immediately. Daily spend resets to zero. The all-time board never resets. Every payment counts toward both today's card and the all-time total.

There are no accounts. The first settled payment creates a listing and shows a claim token once. That token is the only way to edit the listing or top it up later. Stripe handles payment. The site never sees a card number.
